The College of Liberal Arts’mission is to educate young men and women in the skills and ethics they will need to contribute to the development of the global community. The College maintains sister relationships with Columbia University in the United States, Moscow University and Petersburg (formerly Leningrad) University in Russia, Waseda University in Japan, and Beijing University in China.
