Computer science, multimedia based contents technology and high speed wired and wireless communication system are those which will play a main role for the prosperity of our society. Recognizing these challenges, Korea University has newly established the college of information and communication in 2002 by combining the department of computer science focusing on the software technology and the department of radio communications engineering focusing on wireless communication technologies. We hope that all the talents educated in our university will be equipped with a creative mind and personality, and that they will become our new leaders for the future.
