- Step 1 | Select site for LA campus/Establish International
Student Service (ISS) Center/Organize Group of Seven (G7) Advanced
Universities Committee
- Step 2 | Promote credit exchanges and joint degree programs
with other California universities/Create programs to encourage
development of a multicultural society
- Step 3 | Develop internationally-oriented majors at LA campus
(including Korean Studies, Asian Economics, and Asian Regional
Studies) to foster specialists in Asian societies and cultures/Promote
internships at world-leading companies and Korean ones (centering
on Silicon Valley)
- Step 4 | Open LA campus and begin enrolling students/Introduce
¡°3+1¡± and ¡°4+1¡± schemes linking Anam campus, Sejong campus,
and LA campus. |

2nd Year | Reduce ratio of professors to students
to 1:25 from the current 1:32/Appoint natural sciences vice
president to increase focus on BT and IT teaching and research
3rd Year | Offer career-coaching programs to
foster development of high- quality scholars/Develop college-graduate
school-research institute linking research programs/Attract
companies and encourage development of industrial-academic research
networks
4rd Year | Grow into a global university by
hiring world-class researchers, increasing R&D exchanges, and
having papers published in international scholarly journals/Maximize
R&D expenses by attracting large-scale orders for research projects
