ABOUT KU  
KU is located in the greater Seoul area that boasts a population of over 20 million, and is a bustling center for culture, finance, politics, and entertainment. Within a five minute walk from the KU campus are an array of restaurants, bars, shops, and even a famous Buddhist temple.
 
Dongwon Global Leadership Hall
The Dongwon Global Leadership Hall was completed in 2007. The whole stone building, which has 1 basement level and 3 floors above ground occupies a total area of 2,235 §³.

The first floor houses the Both Sexes Equality Center and the women only lounge that facilitates rooms for resting, studying, nursing, shower and exercise.

On the second floor, Global Leadership Center and International Cafe are located.

The recently re-established Office of International Affairs is on the 3rd floor. It is tasked with carrying out KU¡¯s active globalisation programs. Through its effort, KU is developing its foundations needed to maintain and continue its global leadership aspirations.

LG-POSCO Hall |This cutting-edge building was completed on a site of 14,122m©÷ with funds of KRW 25 billion donated by companies and schoolfellows. Incorporating the best features of similar facilities at Harvard, Stanford, and the University of California, Berkeley, it is one of the world¡¯s finest Business Administration edifices.

Tiger Dome | A multi-purpose sports complex of 18,182m©÷, the gym was completed in 2006. With three floors above the ground and another three below, it plays a key role in promoting the health of KU¡¯s staff, students, and faculty members.

KU Museum | The first university museum in Korea, the KU Museum contains over 100,000 pieces of data covering history, the study of antiquities, ethnology, and the arts.

CJ-International House | A hotel-type dormitory for visiting scholars and foreign professors and exchange students.

Centennial Memorial Hall | Completed in commemoration of KU's centennial, this multiplex building joins the past and the future together by housing both a digital library and a number of national treasure-level cultural properties.

Korean Studies Hall | Established to teach the Korean language and promote Korean culture, this beautiful, Korean-style building is admired by everyone visiting KU.

Ice Rink | Containing an Olympic-sized skating rink and the finest in facilities, the Ice Rink also functions as a training base for national athletes.

Chungsan-MK Culture Center | This ultra-modern, 6-storey building was opened in 2007 to encourage cultural exchanges between Korea and Japan and promote Japanese studies.
