Visiting Student Program (VSP)

Korea University provides a short-term nondegree study abroad program for international students who wish to experience campus life at KU and learn about Korea firsthand. Undergraduate students can apply for an academic semester or for one year at KU as fulltime students and may earn a maximum of 19 credits (2-3 credits/unit) per semester and 12 credits (2-3 credits/unit) for postgraduate students.

Foreign nationals must enroll as full-time visiting students in order to meet the Korean immigration requirements. Part-time status is not allowed for international students.

This program is designed mainly for those who want to study at KU as short-term visiting students but whose home institution does not have an exchange agreement with KU nor has links with ISEP.
