The Global Services Center was established in November 2016 to assist all international and exchange/visiting students in achieving their very best in day to day life from the moment they get into KU until they graduate. The staff of the Global Services Center are committed to provide an efficient service related to academics, campus life, international events and visa related issues. The office is located at #201, Dongwon Global Leadership Hall

Services provided for international students


  • Orientation and counseling for freshmen (including transfer students)
  • Guidance on Visa and Alien Registration issues
  • Campus life related personal counseling including housing and insurance matters
  • Buddy cum Mentor - KUISA (Korea University International Student Assistants)
  • Various exciting events and more

Services provided for Exchange/Visiting Students


  • Orientation for new Incoming Exchange/visiting students
  • Academic support in Course Registration, Certificate Issuance, and Scholarships
  • KUBA(Korea University Buddy Assistant)
  • Campus events such as City Tour, Field Day, International Students’ Festival etc
  • Issuance of Visa related documents & Guidance for Alien Registration Card
  • Student-life support
